When it comes to security services, we specialize in delivering both armed and unarmed security solutions for clients across the public and private sectors, in accordance with Ministry of Interior regulations. Our security teams are carefully selected based on each client’s needs, after passing multiple assessments and strict screening procedures. We also ensure that all of our security personnel receive continuous training.

Rapid Support & Emergency Response

Rapid support and intervention is one of the key services provided by Guards Security Services, designed to handle emergencies, crises, and various security challenges. In each area, (2) equipped 4×4 vehicles are assigned and ready for deployment.

Each vehicle crew consists of: a driver + a team leader + 3 armed, trained security personnel. Our security staff have strong experience in rescue and dealing with emergencies at any time.

The Operations Room runs 24/7 to ensure effective coordination between the deployed vehicles across different areas and the operations room, with the goal of achieving the fastest possible response time—within a maximum of 30 minutes.

The rapid support team remains in continuous contact with the operations room and the main headquarters monitoring unit, which is a specialized department responsible for following up and supervising the security situation across the company’s sites nationwide.

About Guards Security & Guarding

Guards Security & Guarding Services (an Egyptian joint-stock company) was established in 2011, in accordance with Egyptian law and under a license from the Ministry of Interior. Guards is considered one of the leading companies in the field of security and guarding services, with a strong base of security personnel and highly qualified professional teams. We continuously train and develop our staff because we believe the human element is the most important factor in the effectiveness of any security system—being the one who operates and applies it on the ground.

Advanced Training for Personnel

All security personnel at Guards are trained before being assigned to work sites by experts from the police and armed forces. They are trained on work procedures to raise their level of experience and ensure professional performance.

Each individual also completes a training course under the Egyptian Ministry of Interior and receives a certificate upon completion.

Guards holds monthly and annual meetings for its staff to renew training and identify the challenges that security personnel face on the ground.

Guards Operations Room

Guards operates an operations room 24/7, maintaining continuous communication with all work sites and clients to monitor the security situation across different locations nationwide, ensure constant readiness, and respond immediately to any emergencies.
